Services Selection Board (SSB) processes the candidates through projective tests, interviews and group situation tests in order to determine their suitability as potential defence officers. At the end of PHASE IV the candidate becomes “Unconsciously Competent” to face the SSB and his performance will be spontaneous and natural

4. NOTE :Candidates qualifying Stage I will continue to undergo Stage II others will be returned on this day.

DAY 2

1. PSYCHOLOGICAL TESTS
2. Thematic Apperception Test (TAT)
3. Music player and sensor controlled visualiser
4. Word Association Test (WAT)
5. Situation Reaction Test (SRT)
6. Self Description Test

DAY 3

1. GROUP TESTING OFFICER’S (GTO) TESTS & INTERVIEWS OF CANDIDATES

5. Progressive Group Test
6. Group Obstacles Race
7. Half Group Task

DAY 4

DAY 5

1. CONFERENCE AND DECLARATION OF RESULTS
2. Medical Test for successful candidates from Stage II (next 2 to 3 days)
