Cavalier India (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute") strives to provide high-quality services and resources to all participants. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for paid services, including but not limited to training programs, workshops, courses, and other institute offerings. By enrolling in our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
1. General Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under certain conditions as outlined below. However, the Institute reserves the right to review each refund request on a case-by-case basis.
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only available for certain types of services, including educational courses, workshops, and paid access to resources, provided the refund request meets the conditions outlined in this policy.
- Non-Refundable Services: Payments made for courses, classified, or sensitive defense-related consultations, access to proprietary or classified data, and certain research services are non-refundable.
2. Training Programs and Courses
a. Cancellation by the Participant:
- Before the Program Start Date: If you cancel your enrollment in a training program or course prior to the start date, a full refund may be granted, minus any administrative or processing fees.
- After the Program Start Date: If you cancel after the program or course has started, no refund is allowed.
b. Cancellation by the Institute:
- If the Institute cancels or reschedules a training program or course, participants will be given the option of a full refund or the opportunity to transfer their registration to a future date or similar program.
